MARKED TREE, AR--Driving the back roads of northeast Arkansas, the last thing you'd expect to see is a light house, but that's exactly what you'll find cruising highway 308, north of Marked Tree.
77 year old Wayne Gipson took a discarded cyclone dust bin from the Lepanto gin and decided it looked like a light house. It only took two weeks for him to use his imagination and creation skills to turn the bin into a working light house. The light house stands 14 feet tall along Gipson's driveway and weighs about 400 pounds.
