MOUNTAIN HOME, AR - It was the middle of the night before emergency workers were able to rescue a woman who had fallen off a 50-to-80 foot cliff in the Leatherwood Wilderness Area of southern Baxter County.

The 20-year-old woman who fell off the cliff Tuesday was injured but alive.  She was hiking with two men when she fell from the cliff about 1,000 yards off Push Mountain Road.  Rescuers carried her out of the rough terrain about 1 a.m. Wednesday morning.
