Breyer to Speak at Clinton Center

LITTLE ROCK (AP) _ U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer is

scheduled to speak Tuesday at the Clinton Presidential Center.

Breyer was nominated to the nation's highest court by former

President Clinton in 1994. Breyer also plans to talk to a class of

the Clinton School of Public Service and to address law students

and faculty at the University of Arkansas law school in Little

Rock. Breyer was born in San Francisco in 1938. He is a graduate of

Stanford, Oxford and Harvard Law School. He was a Harvard law

professor for many years. He also was an assistant Watergate

special prosecutor.
