Breakfast Pizza

1 lb. Pork Sausage
1 C Cooked Long-Grain Rice
1 Package Crescent Rolls (8)
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 C 2% Milk
1/2 t Salt
1/8 t Pepper
1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Brown and drain sausage; mix with rice. Separate crescent rolls, place side by side in pizza pan and press together to form a crust. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; set aside. Spoon rice and sausage mixture over crust. Top with cheeses and pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until eggs are firm.

**For variety you can add mushrooms, onions and bell peppers.
