DENVER (AP) _ A Denver television station reports that a

Colorado man who fled to Arkansas has confessed to killing his wife

and then disposing of her body in a dumpster.

Fifty-three-year-old Frank Schilt is to be extradited to Denver

next week on a first-degree murder warrant in the death of his

51-year-old wife.

He allegedly killed her February 25th after the couple argued

over 30-thousand dollars of her inheritance that he had spent.

Yell County Arkansas Sheriff's Lieutenant David Kimball told

K-M-G-H T-V that while they were arguing he pushed her and they

both fell down. Schilt said his wife hit her head on the headboard.
