Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers Open

UNDATED (AP) _ Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers will be open

next week in five Arkansas counties that were affected by the

tornadoes this month. The centers will be staffed by federal and

state workers who can answer questions about disaster assistance

and provide applications to individuals and businesses. In Lawrence

County, a center will be open Monday in Ravenden and Tuesday in

Searcy. In Fulton County, a center will operate Wednesday in Salem

and Thursday in Saint Vincent. A center will operate Wednesday and

Thursday in Pocahontas in Randolph County. A standing center in

Greene County will continue its operations Monday through Saturday

in Marmaduke, until further notice.

    Three students who had been investigated by the Arkansas State Police in connection with a hazing case at their school have been cleared of child maltreatment, according to letters that parents of the students gave to a Little Rock television station.
