Recycled Grease Fuels Arkansan's Pickup Truck

JONES MILL, Ark. (AP) _ In Jones Mill, auto mechanic Bill

Kennerly has been using vegetable oil to run his pickup truck for

the last several months. Kennerly says he uses about 35 gallons of

recycled oil a week to fuel his 1995 one-ton Dodge pickup truck. So

far, he's used about 560 gallons of the oil he gets from

restaurants and recycles and he has driven about seven-thousand

miles on it. Kennerly -- who has been an auto mechanic for 40 years

-- says the recycled fuel burns about 72 percent cleaner than

diesel. He says he hasn't seen any change in his mileage or motor
