FOREMAN (AP) - Arkansas is getting its share of events by

well-known country music performers.

Foreman native Tracy Lawrence is preparing for a weekend show at

the Four States Fairgrounds in Texarkana. The show is billed as a

homecoming concert, a performance that Lawrence has made annually

for the past ten years.

In De Queen tickets are going on sale Friday for Collin Raye's

hometown show, scheduled for June tenth at the De Queen High School

Auditorium. Raye is to perform with Billy Dean.

Grand Ole Opry star Jim Ed Brown is to perform in August in

Russellville. The concert is to benefit the planned Arkansas

Hospice River Valley Inpatient Center.

The show will be held at Arkansas Tech University's Tucker

Auditorium. The school is donating use of the venue.
