MEMPHIS, TN - Two Memphis police officers are in custody today charged with federal drug offenses.

The arrests of 32-year-old Terrance Lashun Harris and 43-year-old Ted Williams are part of an ongoing local and federal law-enforcement operation called "Tarnished Blue."

Authorities say Harris is charged with attempting to possess more than 12 pounds of cocaine, and Williams is accused of conspiring to rob drug dealers.

Under "Tarnished Blue," federal and local authorities in Shelby County have been working together for the past year to hunt out corrupt law enforcement officers.
