Who's Forging All Those Checks?

We're a little bit off this week.  No arrests to report so the stamp has taken a mini-vacation. But we forge ahead with a check forger.

Take a look at this woman. Jonesboro Police say she is the prime suspect in a series of check forgeries.  As of a month ago, 12 checks worth over 12 hundred dollars had been forged around town. Detectives working the case got this video from Wallace and Owens grocery store, one of the places the checks were forged. If you know who she is, call Crimestoppers right now and get your tip number. Call 935-STOP. Your calls are anonymous.

This week on Warrant Watch we're looking for a guy named Ralphie. It's not a knick-name. First name Ralph, middle initial 'E'. Ralph E. Anderson is will turn 30 in three weeks. We'll see if we can get him stamped by then. He has 3 non-payment of fines, 1 revocation of probation, and 5 hot check warrants out of Jonesboro.

Let's wrap it up with Chasity K. Dickinson. She has seven total warrants, all of them for non-payment of fines.

If you have the goods on Chasity Dickinson or Ralph Anderson, call Crimestoppers and get your tip number. Call 935-STOP or toll free, 888-566-STOP. Instead of asking your name, they'll give you a tip number. Hang on to it and keep watching Crimestoppers. If there is an arrest in your case, call or email Sgt. Steve McDaniel at JPD and tell him your tip number. He'll tell you if it's worth some Crimestoppers cash. Give 'em a call. And remember when you see crime, call Crimestoppers, 935-STOP.
