LITTLE ROCK, AR - Legislators are making plans to share their memories of the late Lieutenant Governor Win Rockefeller as his home church prepares to accomodate 1,500 mourners at a public memorial service.

A memorial is planned this afternoon in the House chamber at the state Capitol, where Rockefeller's body is to lie in state in the entire rotunda for the entire day.  Rockefeller died Sunday.

Governor Huckabee, Senate President Pro Tem Jim Argue and House Speaker Bill Stovall are expected to speak at the memorial in the House chamber.  Argue said it will be a special time to share their memories and express their condolences to the family.

The public memorial service will be held for Rockefeller at the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church in Little Rock Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m.
