MEMPHIS, TN - Memphis now has 100 homicides for the year...up by ten from 2005 at this point.

Three weekend killings rounded up the number of deaths.

Police say 37-year-old Juan Garmendia was found shot seven times outside his apartment Sunday night and later died at a hospital.  Police say Garmendia was in a fight with several men.

Earlier Sunday, 26-year-old Calvin Goodwin was shot in the head outside of his car.  His two-year-old daughter was in the car, but wasn't hurt.

On Friday afternoon, 50-year-old Bobby Jerry Johnson was shot several times in south Memphis in what police said was an argument about an alleged theft.  Menandell Lipscomb has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.

Among the 100 killings are those of 13 infants, children and teenagers.
