BRINKLEY, AR - Former congressman Tommy Robinson says he'll begin serving a five-day jail sentence this Sunday.

Robinson was convicted of misdemeanor charges stemming from an altercation with a creditor who forced Robinson and his wife into voluntary bankruptcy.

Robinson was once sheriff of Pulaski County and congressman for central Arkansas.
