JONESBORO, AR - Streaming video is on its way to the city of Jonesboro's official Website.

New York-based CGI Communications will soon be featuring live streaming video of Jonesboro businesses on www.jonesboro.org, allowing featured businesses to show more than just still photos.

"The benefits to the city are just to help people around the country, and around the world with a quick overview of what the city has to offer.  And maybe attract people to come visit our city," said city information director Alan Young.

Young says no firm date has been set for the video feature to begin, but preliminary plans are now under review.
