Seven Senior Staff Members Leave Governor Blunt's Administration

JEFFERSON CITY, MO - Governor Blunt's staff is undergoing a transformation.

In the last three months, Blunt has lost seven senior staff members and Cabinet officials.  He's lost a total of ten staffers since taking office 20 months ago.

Blunt spokesman Spence Jackson says the governor's staff isn't suffering from discouragement nor being forced out the door.  He says many of the senior staff have worked so hard at accomplishing the governor's goals that they simply have worn out.
