NEW YORK - K8 News reporter Gia Hill has been on a short vacation since Tuesday, visiting New York, and she just happened to be flying home out of LaGuardia Airport this afternoon, on a day at which the nation's terror alert status has been heightened due to the foiled terror plot in Britain.

Gia spoke to us via phone this afternoon while standing in line at LaGuardia, to give us an idea of what she's experiencing while trying to get back to Jonesboro.
