LITTLE ROCK, AR - The late Lieutenant Governor Win Rockefeller left his wealth, estimated by Forbes magazine at $1.2 billion, to his wife, Lisenne Dudderar Rockefeller.

Rockefeller's will, which did not specify the value of his estate, was filed yesterday in Pulaski County Circuit Court.  The lieutenant governor's widow filed a request with the court to be named as executrix of his estate, and that request was granted by Circuit Judge Alice Gray.

The five-page will was dated September 9, 2005, three days before Rockefeller left Little Rock for Seattle for the first of two bone-marrow transplants, both unsuccesful.  The transplants that were efforts to treat a blood disorder that leads to leukemia.  He died July 16 in Little Rock.

The illness forced Rockefeller to drop out of the race for the Republican nomination for governor.

Rockefeller had disputed Forbes magazine's estimate of his wealth, but provided no figure himself.
