LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board has approved a revised list of projects that will be included in a $250 million bond package that goes before voters November 7.

If the ballot item passes, appropriations for the project will go before the Legislature in 2007.

Voters rejected a similar plan last year.

The project includes $9.5 million for a special e-corridor, a high-speed Internet pipeline for university researchers.
