PARAGOULD, AR - For the second consecutive day, a school bus has been involved in an accident in Greene County.

The most recent accident occured this morning around 7 a.m. in Paragould, at the intersection of Fairview Road and Reynolds Road, near the Greene County Detention Center.  A spokeswoman for the Paragould Police Department described the accident as minor, and said there were no injuries.  No other details on the accident are available at this time.

This morning's accident follows a head-on collision yesterday between a Greene County Tech school bus and a pick-up truck.  The accident happened on Greene County Road 737 Monday afternoon as students were being returned home from school, when a Dodge pick-up reportedly crossed the road's center line and struck the bus.  A few students reportedly sustained minor injuries, while the driver of the bus and and the pick-up were both treated for more serious injuries at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould.
