LITTLE ROCK, AR - Authorities today closed off a section of the Arkansas Capitol after a threatening letter was received in the governor's office.  Officials say the letter had powder inside.

The Little Rock Fire Department tells Little Rock television station KLRT that a hazardous materials team found the powder was not harmful.

Police are trying to determine who mailed the letter.

The section of the Capitol was closed starting at about 11 a.m.
