NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR - Captain Joseph Simpson appreciates security when he feels it.  The 34-year-old Simpson had a smile on his face as he talked with his family yesterday after returning from a year's deployment in Iraq.  He had served as a director of civil engineering in Iraq, helping build a large internment camp for prisoners.

And, in his words, "We were in enemy's good to feel safe and be back."

Simpson was among about 40 members of 25th Rear Operations Center, an Arkansas Army National Guard unit, that returned yesterday to Camp Robinson at North Little Rock.
