Supreme Court Delays Decision in School Funding Case

LITTLE ROCK, AR - For a third time, the state Supreme Court has reappointed special masters to review Arkansas' public school system, delaying a final mandate in the Lake View school funding case until the end of May.

Arkansas lawmakers have pumped millions of dollars into the state's public education system in the long-running school funding lawsuit in which the high court said the state's funding of its schools was inadequate and unconstitutional.
