SeMo Woman to Teach Police Recruits in Tennessee

CHATTANOOGA, TN - A southeast Missouri woman whose son died in police custody in Tennessee will teach police recruits in that state about his death.

It's part of a settlement in an excessive force lawsuit Loretta Prater of Cape Girardeau filed against police when her son died while being held down by police in January, 2004.
