JONESBORO, AR - Authorities in the Missouri Bootheel need your help in finding a missing teenage girl.

Police in Caruthersville are looking for a Hispanic female identified as 14-year-old Maria Guadalupe Fields (Lapita).  Fields stands approximately 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds, and has a red birthmark on her face.

She was last seen on January 8.
