ST. LOUIS (AP) - A suburban St. Louis man suspected of kidnapping Shawn Hornbeck and Ben Ownby is now the focus of an investigation into the abduction of another boy 16 years ago.

Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies said Michael Devlin is the most viable lead in the investigation into the 1991 disappearance of Charles Arlin Henderson, of Moscow Mills, who was never found.

The boy's disappearance was similar to Hornbeck's in many respects. Both boys vanished at the age of eleven while riding their bikes on a rural road about an hour's drive from St. Louis. Both boys were slight, weighing about 100 pounds, and had close-cropped hair.

Devlin is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow in the Ben Ownby case. He is also expected to be charged in the October 2002 abduction of Shawn. Both boys were discovered Friday at Devlin's apartment in Kirkwood.
