BATESVILLE, AR - Independence County authorities are looking for a former Wal-Mart employee who allegedly walked out of the Batesville Wal-Mart store with more than $92,000 that belong to the world's largest retailer.
Kirby Archer, 35, of Strawberry, walked out of the store with approximately $92,620 in cash and checks when his final shift ended Friday night, according to sheriff's deputies.
Archer is described as a white male, six feet tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds, with green eyes and short brown hair.
He was last seen late Friday night in Bono, where he was stopped for a traffic citation, but at the time, Bono police were not yet aware of his crime, so he was released after being issued a ticket.
