USGS to Host Public Forum in Hardy Tonight on Spring River Flooding Issues

HARDY, AR - An important meeting is set for tonight in Hardy for residents and business owners along the upper Spring River.

The U.S.G.S. will host  a public town hall forum to discuss a proposed flood warning system by the National Weather Service for the upper Spring.  The meeting is set for 7 p.m. this evening at the old Hardy Gym.

K8 News reporter Will Carter will be there and will have a report tonight on K8 News Nightbeat, and a more detailed report Tuesday morning on Good Morning Region 8.
