FEBRUARY 8, 2007 - Posted at 11:28 a.m. CST

MOUNTAIN VIEW, AR - A non-profit organization is offering a reward in hopes of finding the person who killed Rebekah Gould, whose body was found in Izard County more than two years ago.

Because We Care is offering an $1,100 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in connection with the death of Gould, a 22-year-old college student.

Gould disappeared on September 20, 2004, and her body was found at the bottom of an embankment a week later.

Authorities say Gould's car, car keys, purse and money all were found at a friend's house near Melbourne in Izard County.

Investigators found a large amount of blood in various parts of the residence, and officials have said they believe Gould may have been forcibly removed from the home.

Anyone with information about the Gould case is asked to call the Stone County Sheriff's Office at (870)-269-3825, or the Izard County Sheriff's Office at (870)-368-4203.
