LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Ethics Commission has filed a lawsuit against a failed candidate for a seat in the state Legislature, saying she has not paid a $150 fine as ordered by the panel.

The commission says Jennie Goss of Blytheville, who practices real estate in Wilson, owes the fine after she failed to fine her final campaign contribution and expense report on time.  The commission says it found no good for Goss filing the report 74 days late.  Goss lost a Democratic primary runoff bid to replace her husband, Kevin Goss, in the state House of Representatives.
