Liquor Sales to Begin at Another Jonesboro Restaurant on Thursday

FEBRUARY 13, 2007 - Posted at 3:19 p.m. CST

JONESBORO, AR - Alcohol sales will officially begin Thursday at another Jonesboro restaurant.

Bar manager Ricky Hoskins says O'Charleys, on Parker Road, will begin serving alcohol in its new private club section Thursday morning at 11.

O'Charleys was granted a private club liquor permit last July, and the restaurant has spent the past seven months since then preparing for the transition.

O'Charleys becomes the latest in a long line of Jonesboro restaurants to be granted private club liquor permits by the Arkansas Alcohol Beverage Commission in the past year.
