FEBRUARY 20, 2007 - Posted at 7:27 a.m. CST

TRUMANN, AR - Three-time Grammy winner Jon Secada made a brief stop in Trumann this morning, to visit the Baldwin Piano plant.  Secada recently endorsed Baldwin pianos.

"As an artist and a musician, I am honored to be a member of the Baldwin family," said Secada.  "I have loved playing Baldwin pianos and, having this opportunity to see the place where they are created and to meet the talented artists who build them is quite an honor."

Secada stopped in Trumann on his way back from Los Angeles, where he was a celebrity guest judge on the NBC show "Grease: You're the One that I Want," a reality program.

In addition to his numerous awards, Billboard #1 hits, starring roles on Broadway and television, Secada's latest CD, "Same Dream" has already garnered critical acclaim and two Top 20 singles.

K8 News will have more on Secada's visit to Trumann tonight on K8 News at Five.
