FORREST CITY, AR - Police in Forrest City are searching for a man that is believed to be a Level 3 sex offender.

A police spokesman says police are keeping an eye out for 57-year-old Matthew Austin, a former Forrest City resident whom authorities believe may be back in the area.

Austin's last known address in neighboring Lee County, but the Lee County Sheriff's Dept. received a tip from an informant that Austin was living under a bridge in Forrest City, and dressing like a woman.

Austin has an extensive criminal record, including a rape charge.
