CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO - Air carriers hoping to provide service out of Cape Girardeau's Regional Airport made their final pitches last night to an airport advisory board.
After three hours of open session, the board went into a closed session to select a carrier, and its recommendation will be presented to and voted on by the Cape Girardeau City Council on Monday.
The board is expected to recommend either Great Lakes Airlines, or Big Sky. Mesa Airlines was also considered.
