Panel Lawyer Says Insufficient Evidence Against Huckabee

LITTLE ROCK - The state Ethics Commission opened a meeting today and on the agenda is a man's complaint about former Governor Huckabee. Jim Parsons of Bella Vista has complained to the Ethics Commission about the destruction of state computers. Parsons today shared with The Associated Press a report by an Ethics Commission lawyer that said there was insufficient evidence on which to sanction the ex-governor. Commission members met behind closed doors for discussions and has not released anything publicly.
