Freezing Temperatures Forecast in Northeast Arkansas Tonight

JONESBORO, AR - Freezing temperatures were forecast for the northern tier of counties in Arkansas tonight.  The National Weather Service says cold air that moved in behind last night's storm system will settle overnight tonight, bringing temperatures to below freezing in the state's northern reaches.

Temperatures may dip below freezing tomorrow night, also.  And the weather service says some wintery precipitation is possible tomorrow and Friday in north Arkansas.  Other parts of the state may get some rain.
