Two Picketers Arrested at Kohler Plant in Searcy

LITTLE ROCK, AR - Searcy police have arrested two picketers at the Kohler sink plant in Searcy.

Plant workers went on strike on December 9 and have been picketing since then.  The plant has continued production with the use of replacement workers, which has been a source of tension.  Replacement workers have complained of vandalism to their vehicles and harassment.  Last Friday, two picketers complained to police that a replacement worker took out a gun while driving through a plant gate.

The two arrests were made Monday, with the men charged with disorderly conduct.
