JPD Raids Mombay's, Owner Arrested

JONESBORO, AR - The owner of a Jonesboro business has been arrested by Jonesboro police following a raid on his business on Monday.

JPD officers executed a search warrant at Mombay's/Behind the Green Door at 825 Gee Street.  According to a police report, "officers seized several different types of drug devices which are commonly known as 'pipes, one-hitters, hookas, keychain pipes, grinders and scales.  In addition, officers seized several small cellophane baggies, five white tablets believed to be a controlled substance, and several DVDs believed to be obscene films."

Delmar Wagner, 56, described as the business owner, was cited for the sale of drug devices and possession of a controlled substance.  Other charges may be filed later in connection with the seized video discs.
