Woman Arrested On Drug Charges

JONESBORO - A Rockford, Illisnois woman whom US Marshals had been seeking for approximately 5 years on charges related to cocain trafficking has been captured by Craighead County authorities.

60 year old Judy Goodson was arrested late last night at the Jamie-B Motel on East Nettleton Avenue in Jonesboro, in the alleged possession of more than 160 Pseudoepedrine tablets, a common ingredient in the manufacture of Methamphetamine.

    Independence County's recycling program is costing the county thousands of dollars.

    According to Judge Robert Griffin of Independence County, they're burning more hydrocarbons traveling through remote areas than what they're saving through recycling.
