East Arkansas Community Apprehensive Amid Fires

HOLLY GROVE, AR - A small town in east Arkansas is fearful after another suspected arson...this one at a day care center.  The fire occured yesterday morning.  Police Chief Jason Johnston estimates about ten fires in the area over the last two or three weeks.  No injuries have been reported, but the public is apprehensive.

Several abandoned buildings have burned, as well as a building that previously housed the fire and police departments.  Johnston says he thinks the fires started after a drug bust this month in which an officer was shot.

Holly Grove's elementary school was also destroyed by a fire in December, but that one was blamed on an electrical problem and the school was moved to an old high school campus.
