Region 8's Top Dads to be Honored Saturday

JONESBORO, AR - Some of Region 8's top dads will be honored this Father's Day Weekend.

The Jonesboro-based Center for Fathers and Families of Arkansas will honor ten northeast Arkansas fathers who have been selected as the initial inductees into the Northeast Arkansas Fathers Hall of Fame.

Trey Bailey of Paragould, Tobey Bittle of Bay, Glen Dunham of Jonesboro, Reco Haggins of Jonesboro, Jason Lynch of Paragoud, Jim Dale May of Jonesboro, Bill Pangborn of Paragould, Martin Sanchez of Jonesboro, Gregory Smith of Jonesboro and Charles Throgmartin of Lake City will all be honored Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Center Court at The Mall at Turtle Creek as part of the Center for Fathers and Families' Salute 2 Fatherhood.

Activities will actually begin at 8 a.m. at Chick-fil-A and continue inside the mall at 9 a.m.  The public is invited to attend.
