LITTLE ROCK, AR - Former President Clinton, actor Michael J. Fox and other luminaries will headline this year's Slate 60 Conference on Innovative Philanthropy in Little Rock.

The conference is scheduled for October 21 and 22 at the Clinton Presidential Center.  The event will focus on philanthropy in education, the environment, future generations, health care, international affairs and rural areas.

Others to attend include New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, NBA veteran Dikembe Mutombo, Eli Broad of the Broad Foundation, Mexican billionaire philanthropist Carlos Slim Helu, New York City schools Chancellor Joel Klein, former Paramount Pictures chairwoman Sherry Lansing and former Treasury Secretary Robert E. Rubin.

The 2006 conference, also held in Little Rock, featured former President Clinton, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Ted Turner and other philanthropists.

The Slate 60 tracks the biggest charitable donations.  Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett topped the 2006 list.
