Three Hells Angels Plead Not Guilty in Eureka Springs Beatings

EUREKA SPRINGS, AR - Three Hells Angels members have pleaded not guilty to charges from a melee last month in Eureka Springs.

In all, six members of the motorcycle club are charged with beating members of a rival biker gang.  Yesterday, Jason David Gallo, Eric Claudio Franco and Christopher Michael Sweeney were arraigned on charges of aggravated riot and other related counts.

The defendants were not in court.  They had returned to their home state of Massachusetts after posting $50,000 bond on August 8.

Authorities say four members of the Bandidos biker gang were beaten in the parking lot of the Gingerbread Antique building on U.S. 62.

The six defendants have a pretrial hearing on September 24.
