Blytheville Police Arrest Man in Two Month-Old Murder Case

BLYTHEVILLE, AR - Police in Blytheville this morning arrested a second suspect in connection with the July 14 stabbing death of a local woman.

The BPD arrested 40-year-old Clarence Kelly for his alleged role in the death of Shirley Lambert at her home on South Lake Street.  Kenneth Lawshea, 45, of Blytheville, was arraigned Monday on a capital murder charge after being arrested on the warrant in Cleveland, Ohio.  Lawshea is being held without bond.

Kelly is due in Blytheville District Court tomorrow before Judge Shannon Langston.
