Trial Date Set for Accused Dexter Nurse

BLOOMFIELD, MO - A January trial date has been set for a Dexter nurse accused of replacing a patient's controlled prescription medication with Tylenol.

Natalie Ritter, 27, entered a 'not guilty' plea to the Class C felonies of stealing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.  A trial date is set for January 18.

In a complaint filed by the Dexter Police Dept. in July, an officer stated that in March he was contacted regarding Ritter allegedly stealing medication from clients of Caring Hearts Home Care Center in Dexter.
