MIAMI - There is new information this morning about the mystery at sea case involving a Lawrence County man.

Federal prosecutors have filed first degree murder charges against 35-year-old Kirby Archer of Strawberry, and 20-year-old Guillermo Zarabozo of Florida.

The two men are suspected of killing the captain and three crew members of the Joe Cool, a south Florida-based charter fishing boat.  Archer also faces charges of unlawful flight for allegedly stealing more than $92,000 from the Batesville Wal-Mart store where he was formerly employed.
