Osceola Couple Arrested on Sex-Related Charges

OSCEOLA, AR - A husband and wife from Osceola were arrested yesterday by law enforcement officers following an investigation into alleged sex-related crimes by the Arkansas State Police.

Special investigator Gary Gray of the Arkansas State Police says Oscar Gonzalez and Pamela Gonzalez, both age 34, were taken into custody at the Mississippi County Detention Center in Luxora on charges of two counts of first-degree sexual assault.

Bond was set at $100,000 each, and Gray says both suspects have since "bonded out."  Gray would not comment further on the investigation, but another source tells Region 8 News the suspects' alleged victim was a minor.
