Kennett High School Principal Arrested for DWI

DEXTER, MO - The principal of Kennett High School was arrested early Sunday morning in Dexter on a DWI charge.  Police say 48-year-old Edward Siebenhuener of Kennett was arrested and charged with speeding and DWI.

Dexter police say Siebenhuener was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Business Hwy. 60 in Dexter.  The police report indicates Siebenhuener failed three field sobriety tests following a traffic stop for speeding.

The status of Siebenhuener's future with the Kennett School District remains uncertain at this time.
