Poplar Bluff Police Seize Crack Cocaine

POPLAR BLUFF, MO - Already on parole for drug distribution charges, a Hayti man may now face federal charges after Poplar Bluff authorities seized nearly a pound of crack cocaine from his vehicle on Friday.

Police say 22-year-old Ronald Johnson is being held without bond in the Butler County jail on second-degree drug trafficking, as well as a parole hold.

Police allegedly seized the illegal drugs following a Friday afternoon traffic stop.  The street value of the seized drugs is estimated at $75,000.  Officers also seized nearly $3,000 in cash from Johnson.
