High School Music Teacher to Sing with ASU Choir at Carnegie Hall

NEWARK, AR - A Cedar Ridge High School music teacher will join the Arkansas State University choir in performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City this month.

Andrea Steward says she is nervous about performing before an audience that expects the highest standards in the world.  Steward attended graduate school at ASU under choir director Dale Miller.  The choir is going to Carnegie Hall this month and he invited her to go.  The group is to perform this Sunday, along with choirs from Texas, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  They are singing Mozart's Coronation Mass.
