Will Arkansas Ban Gay Couples from Adoption?

LITTLE ROCK, AR (KAIT) - A movement is happening to put a big adoption issue on the ballot:  Gay couples living together.

The Family Council Action Committee wants gay couples living together to not be able to adopt or foster kids in Arkansas.  The group's President says he wants to stop a "homosexual agenda" in the state.

If the issue is to make it on the November ballot, it will need 61,974 signatures and must be given to the secretary of state's office by July 7th.
